Prerequisites: 1) You must be at least 18 years old to qualify for a Home Inspection License in New York. 2) High School Diploma or GED is required. Students must take a required 140 hour course, approved by New York State, contains a minimum of 100 hours of live training. Additionally, you will need 40 hours of in-the-field training.
